Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views of the valley. The decor is mesmerizing and the lawn and garden are well-maintained. The in-house restaurant offers a great buffet spread with delicious food. The hospitality of the staff, especially Mr. Partha Sharma and Mr. Amir Rai, was brilliant. I personally loved the evening Nilgiri Herbal Tea. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel is located in a great spot, not far from the central Ooty local market and transportation is easily available. The cleanliness is on point and the hotel facilities are fantastic. The staff is polite and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious.
